I forgot to use the 'Send my Order Now!' button. What now?

For the system to automatically e-mail you the addresses you bought, you need to click that button.

If you didn't though, do not re-order! You have already paid for the addresses. You will need to contact our orders department, however, and let us know that we need to manually send your order to you.

Once you have brought this to our attention, we can check the status of your order. If payment was indeed approved, we will send your order to your e-mail address.

Our Orders Department can be e-mailed at orders@cellblockmail.com. Be sure to include your Invoice number and Customer ID with your inquiry. This information can be found on the receipt sent to your e-mail address by our credit card processing system.
